E5061B is an ENA series network analyzer launched by Agilent Company for low-frequency to high-frequency electronic components and circuit measurement. It is a continuation of E5061/62A and can test RF components. By adding options, it can support the analyzer to measure the impedance parameters of electronic components such as capacitors, inductors and resonators.
