*For the HP 66332A, when the programming current is>5 mA, the trap current tracks the programming current to within 2 mA: when the programming current is less than 5 mA. For the HP66312A, the trap current does not track the programmed current.

• Dynamic measurement: the accuracy of instantaneous voltage measurement is 0.03% 5mV. The accuracy of instantaneous current measurement is 0.6% 1mA (2mA for Agilent 66332A). DC, RMS, large, small, high and low level voltage and current measurements are calculated from instantaneous voltage and current readings. Up to 4096 data points can be obtained, and the sampling interval can be from 15.6 μ S changes to 31200s. Instantaneous data points can be read back from the cache. Dynamic measurement of current waveform with frequency component below 10kHz can be carried out in low or high current range. Above 10kHz, precise current measurement can only be carried out in high range.

Remote detection: the voltage drop on each load lead can reach 2V For each voltage change on the negative output lead (positive output lead for 66312A) caused by the load current change, 2mV shall be added to the voltage load adjustment index

• Programming output response time: the rise and fall time of output voltage (10/90% and 90/10%) is less than 2ms (400 for 66332A in fast mode μ s)。 The time when the output voltage changes and stabilizes to within 1LSB of the final value (0.025% (rated voltage) is less than 6ms (2ms in fast mode)

• Measurement time: the average time for processing queries, calculating measurement parameters and returning data is 50ms. This includes the default 30ms and 20ms data processing overhead for acquisition.
